True North

True North is a project commissioned by Galería Fermay and created by Ken Pratt. It brings together the works of seven artists: Sarah Baker, Michelle Deignan, Claire de Jong, Andy Hsu, Enrique Marty, Janice McNab, Catriona Shaw. True North started with an image of the Iberian Peninsula on a map. In trying to elaborate ideas that are prevalent in this exhibition, curator Ken Pratt was drawn back to old maps and sea charts, struck by the shape of the peninsula.
