To Camera charts an attempt by the artist to gain access to one of the most ubiquitous and most restricted locations used on British Television News, 10 Downing Street. We watch her film and arrange herself for silent to camera shots outside three iconic state buildings in London, while we hear her reading a series of letters requesting permission to film on Downing Street for an art work. As the piece evolves she reveals more and more about herself and her intentions, calling the currency of her position and the methods she is using are called in question.
